What plans do you offer?

We offer both individual indicators and plans. The plans combine some of our indicators and market scanners. Please check the pricing section on our website to review our current plans. If you're looking to purchase a single indicator visit the indicators section on the website.

Can I upgrade a single indicator into a plan?

No. Indicator purchases have no upgrade path into a plan. However, you can upgrade from a Premium plan to the Pro plan.

What cryptocurrencies do you accept?

Pricing of our products and services will always be done using the current price of the cryptocurrency you've chosen. We accept the following different types of cryptocurrency at the moment:

  • Bitcoin

  • Ethereum

  • Litecoin

  • USD Coin

Do you accept other forms of payment such as PayPal?

No, unfortunately at the time we do not.

Can I pay you with funds that I have on an exchange?

Yes, you can. However, please pay attention to any additional fees that will be charged and adjust the withdrawal amount accordingly. We usually don't make a big deal about missing out on a few dollars, but we do consider it a common courtesy that you withdraw the correct amount.

I have paid for my plan, what happens next?

You will receive an e-mail from us requesting you to fill in an additional form. This form asks for the following data:

  • Your Discord ID

  • Your TradingView ID

  • Your CoinBase payment reference number (e.g. VKJE23KW)

Once we've received this information we can continue setting up your accounts with the correct permissions and granting you access to the indicators. You will be contacted once all of this has been completed. It may take up to 24 hours to completely process your payment due to timezone differences.

The e-mail containing the signup form may be considered Spam or Promotion by your e-mail client. Please consider checking these folders if you have not received an e-mail within an hour after payment was confirmed.
